They offered an alternative tour which was classed as an “upgrade”. When I looked it up on their website it was three times cheaper and I was asked to depart from different location 45 min prior to my tour.”

“This was a fun experience. You meet at the bottom floor of the shop. I wished they taught everyone how to taste something, luckily my group went to a Rum tasting the day before and they taught us. Smell with your mouth open, this allows the flavors to hit your tastebuds before you drink. Then take a drink and let the liquids go over different parts of your mouth before swallowing it. Once you swallow then breath through your nose. This allows you to fully taste and experience the coffee and truly get those flavor profiles. Experience lasted about 35mins.”
