It’s a bit hands on experience as they kind of simulate with the audience the making process from seeds to cup. Very good experience, I highly recommend this tour! The only downside is the number of tourists per session, I think we were over 35 in the Spanish speaking lot, a similar group was attended in paralel for English version.”

We explored three different brewing methods: the Chemex, which highlights fruity and complex notes; the V60, which brings out brightness and body; and finally, the Hario TCA-5 siphon, offering roundness and smoothness with honey aromas. Throughout the session, the flavors unfolded into a rich palette ranging from fresh fruits to chocolate, with sweet and floral undertones. The coffee was excellent, and the surprise at the end added a warm, memorable touch. An enriching discovery that I wholeheartedly recommend!”
Travel south from Bogotá with a Spanish- or English-speaking guide, visit Tequendama Falls, and spend about two hours at a coffee farm near Fusagasugá. Learn how beans are grown, cleaned, dried, and roasted, then taste coffee liquor. Expect scenic roads, a small group, and a long day.

Meet in El Poblado at 8:40 am, then ride horseback or by mule to a family-run coffee farm in Palmitas. Visit Finca El Ocaso, 4 km from Salento, for a 1.5-hour English tour through coffee gardens, processing rooms, drying areas, and storage. Guides such as Nicolas and Johnathan explain each step, from planting and harvesting to roasting and cloth-filter brewing.

It is possible to get a normal taxi out to the farm but it is cheaper to get the jeep back to Solento (it cost 4k pesos per person)”
